Our first foray into place branding was a bold step,
leading a transformative collaboration
with the architect to reimagine everything from brand strategy
and logo creation to designing an experience.

Brought together by Kerry Properties and visionaries of space and structure, we arrived not just to contribute, but to lead. To name the development. To shape its identity. To define the brand strategy that would guide every encounter and every expression of Kerry Plaza from the ground up. We positioned Kerry Plaza as a creative energy generator, powered by inventive force and driven by a spirit of reinvention rooted in its industrial past. Hangyang, once the industrial heartbeat of Hangzhou’s 1950s Oxygen Plant, created the very element that powered the city’s rise. Today, that legacy transforms into a new kind of oxygen, one that fuels imagination and cultural energy. This vital force moves through everything in this new dynamic commune. Each footfall awakens inspiration. Each breath carries the promise of creative revelation. This is where streetwear, pop culture, food, art, sport, and music come together in a raw, unfiltered expression of contemporary life.

Kerry Plaza is destined to become Hangzhou’s next cultural cornerstone. It beckons all to participate in a transformation, where industrial heritage unlocks an endless river of human creativity, carving new channels into tomorrow’s landscape. It will be the epicenter, a wellspring that fuels new ideas and moves the city forward.
