Invited by TECNO to co-direct Don’t Stop Loving, we helped produce a whimsical and enchanting film that shifted the narrative in Turkey’s traditionally male-dominated market. We assembled an award-winning team, including a Cannes-winning Director and a Golden Horse-winning Music Director, to bring this vision to life. Anchoring the narrative was an iconic red heart. It started small and grew with each woman’s story, symbolising the passion, struggle, and resilience of Aylin, Saliha, and Merve. These young Turkish women stood as powerful representations of strength and the courage to challenge societal norms.
Launched on International Women’s Day, the film used playful storytelling to celebrate their journeys, sparking a national conversation around women’s rights and representation. Within just three days, Don’t Stop Loving garnered over 12.5 million views on social media and more than 1 million views on YouTube.
This campaign became a cultural statement. It championed change with sensitivity and purpose. Rooted in the lived experiences of real women, it honoured local realities while giving space to voices that had long gone unheard. We stand in solidarity with the women of Turkey and with TECNO’s mission to bring those voices to light. This project marks the beginning of a larger movement driven by courage, truth, and the unwavering belief that every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and respected.
